Maple Pumpkin Bread

Maple Pumpkin Bread is a moist and flavorful treat that combines the natural sweetness of maple syrup with the warm spices of pumpkin. Perfect for breakfast, dessert, or a snack, this bread is sure to become a favorite.

Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:

    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients:

    • In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
  3. Mix Wet Ingredients:

    • In a separate bowl, cream the butter until smooth. Add the pumpkin puree, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  4. Combine:

    • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
  5. Bake:

    • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Cool and Serve:

    • Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and enjoy!
